Data collected
We process personal data only when you actively provide it.
Contact form: name, email address, company, role, and the content of your message.
Diagnosis request form: name and email address, so that we can provide the requested document.
Server log data: when the website is accessed, technical access data that your browser transmits automatically is processed, typically the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and details about the browser used. This processing is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website.
Purpose of processing
We use the information submitted through the forms only to handle your request, to provide the requested document, and to get in touch with you. We use the server log data to ensure technical operation and security.
Legal basis
We base processing on the legitimate interest in answering your request and operating the website securely, as well as on the initiation of a possible contractual relationship. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in particular Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Processors and hosting
This website is hosted and the forms are processed by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. Operating the website and using the forms involves a transfer of personal data to Netlify in the United States, where it is processed on our behalf. We have a data processing agreement with Netlify.
Legal basis for the transfer to the United States: Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (self-certification with the US Department of Commerce, available at dataprivacyframework.gov). For transfers from Switzerland, the Federal Council added the United States to the list of states with adequate data protection on 14 August 2024, with the amending ordinance taking effect on 15 September 2024. For transfers from the EU, the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework of July 2023 applies. In addition, Netlify has agreed the EU Standard Contractual Clauses under Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 in its agreement. These apply as a safeguard under Art. 46 GDPR and Art. 16 FADP should the Data Privacy Framework lose its validity or a transfer otherwise not be covered by it.
Netlify in turn uses subprocessors, in particular Amazon Web Services (AWS). A current list of subprocessors is available through Netlify's Trust Center.
Retention
We store your data only as long as needed to handle your request or to stay in contact. We then delete it, unless statutory retention duties apply.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed about the data we process about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict processing, and to object to processing. Please direct any such request to the email address listed above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), and in the EU the competent data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies and uses no tracking or analytics services. No user behaviour is evaluated.
Encryption
This website is served over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). Form data is also transmitted in encrypted form.

We update this privacy notice when our processing or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
